Chicago doors,
done right.

Owner-operated. Chicago crews, flat-rate pricing, and same-day service across the city.

We started in a Logan Square garage. One truck, one phone, and a promise: when your door breaks, we show up — usually the same day.

Today we run service trucks across Cook, DuPage and Lake counties. We've answered emergency calls in every weather Chicago can throw at us — wind chills below zero, lake-effect snow, summer thunderstorms.

What hasn't changed: every repair gets balanced by hand, safety-tested, and warrantied. We don't sub out our work, and we don't try to talk you into a new door when a $90 spring will fix it.

2008

One truck, one phone

Our founder answers his first emergency call — a snapped torsion spring on a Bucktown two-flat — and starts taking calls from his kitchen table.

2013

Three trucks, full crew

We move into a 4,000 sq ft shop on Elston Avenue. Hire the first apprentices. Add commercial repair contracts to the residential service side.

2019

Same-day emergency coverage expanded

An off-track door in Rogers Park, fixed in 75 minutes. The homeowner — a retired CTA dispatcher — sends us a six-pack of Old Style. We still have the bottle openers.

2024

Smart-opener certification

Smart openers become standard work — every repair truck now carries Wi-Fi diagnostic gear and battery-backup retrofit kits.

Our Values

Three things we won't compromise on.

/ 01

Show Up

If we say 9 a.m., we're at your alley by 8:55. Emergency repair calls get a 2-hour response window across Chicagoland — no exceptions, no pushback.

/ 02

Tell the Truth

We diagnose in front of you, not in the truck. If a $40 spring fixes it, we don't sell you a $1,200 door. If your door is past saving, we'll say that too.

/ 03

Stand Behind It

Every install, every repair: warrantied for the life of the door — not "12 months parts and labor" fine-print. If something we touched fails, we come back.
